Vayeghan Litigation will act for individuals or entities appealing criminal convictions. Where appropriate and advisable, the Firm is willing and able to appeal criminal matters to the BC Supreme Court and the BC Court of Appeal.

The Firm’s founder, is a former BC Crown Prosecutor who has experience working on sensitive criminal appeals to be heard before the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a skilled litigator, who at Columbia Law School in New York City, was trained in the art of appellate advocacy by some of America’s top appellate lawyers that included a former White House advisor to a former President of the United States. Mr. Vayeghan has an excellent knowledge of Canadian criminal law and has published on Canadian sexual assault law.
